This is the starting point of a “book” that could take a lifetime to finish. There’s nothing like starting a personal blog… Despite the fact that you’re the main character and the author, the end is still unknown. I intend to pass along my lessons learned to you in the process, right here on these pages. I hope you find your time here well spent, and value in these “book”.
But to get a hint of who is behind the scenes, here’s a little about myself…
Back in the 70’s, by the will of God, I was given the chance to fight the biggest challenge of all, a race against millions. Losing it meant death while winning meant life and guess what?… I won!!!
You won the same race as 
I did, maybe in a different time frame, but you did! Let me refresh your memory…
Almost nine months earlier to your birth date, you race against many to earn your place within the belly of your mom. The mere fact that you’re here right now reading is prove enough that you came to this world by winning that race! So, if you start this life in earth as a champion, don’t die as a looser!
Time pass by and challenges appear like magic, people start questioning / arguing about your dreams and FEAR is born, which breeds out chaos…
Who knows if as today, you have some FEAR in few aspects of your life that has stop you from reaching your dreams, from being prosperous or even being loved… if that’s the case don’t despair…
There is always calm after a storm….,
but those who prepare before the storm hits…. enjoy the best of the calm!

I have being in the spot of feeling desperate and stressful looking for answers that would allow me to enjoy life to the fullest! I have stumble many but I stand up every time.
I came to this world as a champ and I will leave it in a higher standard and never less!
I want to help you, empowering you with past and current experiences that will help along the way!
Who am I?
I am Misael Gonzalez, married to a lovely and caring woman that make me father of a beautiful girl and a boy. Everything I am and will convert to is due to these three jewels in my life….my motivation to fight hard against any odds to live the best!
I am an Engineer of profession in the Power Electric sector dedicated to consultancy and design of electrical distribution designs, lighting analysis and communication systems in AZ Engineering professional service group.
The engineer title was earned after 6 long years of study at the University of Puerto Rico, the Island in the Caribbean where I live in. It was great times back then while looking to achieve a good title that would get me closer to the goal of getting a high paying job…at least that’s what I thought…
At 2004 I graduated with a bachelor degree in Engineering, specialized in Power. In 2005 I started my career full time at AZ doing exactly what I was prepared for. Everything seems to be going exactly as I was tough at an early age.
These are the steps I learned about life:
- Study Hard,
- Get a Good Career,
- Buy a House,
- Start a Family,
- Save Enough Money Till Retired…
- Live Happy…
Does this rings a bell? Does it sound familiar to you?
I thought I was doing great… but I was wrong!… I learned that this way of thinking is the “forced program” of a few in power that want to hold the masses to their doing. Spooky right?
The turning point…my believes changed!
I felt like I hit the Jackpot when I started working …. but a gift of great value changed my life as I know it! It was not a million dollars…was something of better value…
That gift was a book named Rich Dad Poor Dad, from best selling author Robert Kiyosaki. 
Is not the instrument but the value of it and the knowledge of past experiences found within the pages of the book that changed everything!…
…I found wisdom and realized that I was living close minded like most or 90% of the population does today!
While life outside the educational facilities is played by a whole new set of different rules…
…the educational system prepares us to be only workers…placing people like you and me in the hand of thieves…without even knowing!
It is a common mistake most of starters in Corporate America will face without previous knowledge about how things run in the REAL world…
Do you think the Engineer title achievement gave me the “High Income Life” I dream about?…not yet for sure but is a starting point to start building it!
Believing in a Dream without the proper knowledge of how things run out in the streets made me “weak”, stressful and almost broke! I started dropping money in so many opportunities without much success. The experience gained is priceless but…
while learning from experiences makes you intelligent…
…learning from the experience of others makes you WISE!!!
That’s why today I focus more on learning from those who have pass the test in time and apply the principles learned to my current projects that will take me to my goals!
Let me share a real example with you…
During my life as an engineer student, I registered in the JUDO team of the collage due to past activities within the sport and to get benefits from it (like paying the curriculum credits). I remember working hard on every physical task given, looking to excel….and I always prevail…
First year at university, I was so pumped up that I worked hard, reaching my weight level months earlier of the tournament day… just to realize that I can’t compete the first year tournament…
Research every detail of your goal before spending you energy in it!…
… this research will keep you “frustration safe”.
I earned the JUDO champion title during my university career for the following three consecutive years with hard training. But I grew confident…
In the final year I took the easy path and didn’t trained as hard as past years… that last year I earned sub-champ title, loosing for the first time in the whole Judo sport career…
To achieve success, preparation is not negotiable!…
… is better to be ready for the worst than failing against nothing!!!
This is just an example of a real life experience that I’ll never forget, experience that teaches me valuable things, making me intelligent in the process…but that same information will simply make you WISE!…
Learning from the experience of others gives you power to face bigger problems ahead!
What did I found today?
After many struggles in the past and learned experiences, I decided to follow and learn from entrepreneurs that have achieved what I would like to achieve.
Now I invest in knowledge from 5,6, up to 10 income figure earners. I’m looking to achieve my goals learning specifically from achievers, real people that know how the streets run. Knowledge is a two edge sword:
Knowledge not applied is worth nothing!…so be eager to start, one step at a time… just START!

Every book out there posses lot of ideas, experiences, talents, etc. that took years or a whole life to achieve by the author. That value within the book should be costly, yet you may acquire many books by a few cheap bucks.
One of the mind changing book in investments I experience recently is from author Michael Maloney from GoldSilver.com called: Guide to inves ting in Gold and Silver, Protect your financial future.
